We have v = u + at with usual notations.
Therefore the velocity after 10 s is given by
v = (3î + 4ĵ) + (0.4î + 0.3ĵ)10 = 7î + 7ĵ
The speed after 10 s is the magnitude of the above velocity vector and is equal to √(72 + 72) = 7√2 units [Option (3)].
